Hi all i wanted to ask, currently I pay for childcare for my 2 boys and my ex pays his half into the house, I’m taking over the mortgage now completely so he wants to get the child care to take out his half from him, my question is….does he also need to apply for subsidy for his half? And if he does, does it affect the percentage we are currently paying? Will it go up for me or will the percentage go lower? Can anyone explain how it works please. Cheers

I will add that the childcare we are paying is under my name only so i get the subsidy.

He can apply separately for child care and it depends on how often he has the kids.
