AnonymousI’m going for mediation soon. Please don’t shoot me down guys but what are my options for monitoring what’s going on with visitation for a baby
How do I ensure that Dad did look after baby and didn’t just leave him to cry for 2 hours or palm him off to someone else?
AnonymousUpdate the father has not seen baby since he was 6 months old. Now he is 1.
AnonymousIn mediation you can ask for the visits to be supervised either by you, family member or friend you trust or at a contact centre. Since he hasn’t seen the child in 6 months – supervised visits at the start will be a must so the child can get to know him.
The only way would be to get supervised visits and you can only apply for them if you have good reason i.e. he is not capable of looking after baby.
