A few small changes can make a big difference. Get everyone (even your ex-) on the same page. Triple P may even be free in your area, and you can also do it online!

There are Teen Triple P programs, if you have teenagers, as well as programs for parents of young kids. And there are group and individual programs, one-off and ongoing courses, and online programs that are ideal for time-poor single mums. Find out how to:

–          stay calm rather than falling into the escalation trap

–          set rules and routines that kids actually follow

–          look after yourself as a parent

–          be more confident in managing tricky situations.
