Mum dad can you hear me? – A book about divorce
My name is Despina, and I am the author of the book “Mum Dad Can You Hear Me?” and the workbook “My Diary”. The first is a book about divorce through a kid’s eyes.
The book aims to help children understand that they are not alone and that a balance can be created following a divorce. The book also helps parents understand the importance of co-parenting and the need for the kids to have both parents in their lives. The book is inspired by my personal story.
The Diary is a workbook where the kids can write their thoughts, emotions, and needs during the difficult divorce period. They can also use it to write things they do not want to share with anyone.
