I love keto too … absolutely the only way to seriously lose weight. Admittedly it takes a while to get used to it but it really works and you feel good too.
I use Shakes, used to do Lady Shake but any are good – if you just use them to replace one meal.

Exercise is the way to go. The more you eat, the more you exercise. Get the ratio right and you will lose weight.
I’ve started using meal replacement shakes, they seem to be fine so far. I also regularly walk so I’m keeping fairly active everyday.
