I recently had a FVRO granted against ex. He is contesting this and court is next year. Now he has also contacted a mediator and the mediator Wants to discuss parenting arrangements. I spoke to free mediation service who said they can’t mediate due to the FVRO. Does anyone know if the free mediator is correct that parenting arrangements can’t be planned until/ unless the children are off the FVRO or is the other mediator correct that we can ? So confused!!

Can you check with a legal aid rep in your area?

You are able to organise mediation in separate room if you are afraid of him.

It’s price and takes ages to contest so it’s unlikely he’d do it.
