Does anyone know if you can apply for PPS, FTB etc whilst still living under the same roof as ex?

Also, how long does it usually take for payments to start, from when you lodge application?

Are you separated yet? If you are then you can claim but you will have to prove you are separated.

This article might help you. It explains what to do if you are separated but still loving together, whether by choice or not. All the best to you.

Yes you just need to complete the separated under one roof form.
Mine took a couple of months but it was a complex case.

Claimed “separated under one roof” 3 months ago (he’s now moved out, it was really tough). Took about two weeks to get pmt. Created a separate bank account prior to applying, stated and wrote down a separation date. Many of our bills were already in my name only.
