Many of us want a healthier lifestyle, but with so many others things happening in our crazy busy single mama worlds, it’s hard to know where to start.
That’s why I’ve forced Corinne Coelli (firstname.lastname@example.org) from Tribal Wellness Movement to chat to me. Corinne became involved with the movement after a stint of general bad health and feeling down (yep .. been there). Since joining, she’s changed her way of life in ways she didn’t believe possible, and is keen to help others to do the same.
